Ownership of the product and intellectual property remains with WRTeam.

3. Permitted Use

Create one end product per license.
Use the product for personal or commercial purposes as allowed by the license.

Additional licenses are required for each separate end product.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code.
Share product files with third parties.
Claim ownership of the original product.
Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Publish or distribute the product as a competing product or template.
Use the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in termination of license rights and legal action.

5. SaaS and Subscription-Based Applications

Certain products may require an Extended License for applications where end users are charged for access, subscriptions, memberships, or paid services.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the correct license type is obtained before commercial deployment.

6. Updates and Support

Product updates and technical support are provided according to the support period associated with your purchase.

Support generally includes:

Guidance with installation and setup.
Help with reported bugs and issues.
Guidance regarding product features.

Support does not include:

Custom development.
Third-party integrations.
Design modifications.
Server administration or configuration unrelated to the product.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All products, source code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of WRTeam.

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8. License Violations

Violation of these License Terms may result in:

9. Third-Party Services

Some products may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, Firebase, Google Maps, SMS providers, or external APIs.

Users are responsible for testing, deployment, backups, and ensuring compatibility with their hosting environment and business requirements.

Continued use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
